I was doing great in my training all year and also my novice progression that I started a few weeks ago UNTIL my elbow and bicep started killing me after heavy sets of squats.

I went to Greyskull Barbell last week to have John look at my form and he suggested a few things about my grip to avoid getting this again in the future. A very helpful session.

I posted on the Q&A and did the ibuprofen for a while but I think this might take a while to heal.

Anyone out there have the combo golfer's elbow and mild brachial plexus issue?

How long did it take you to recover from this?..and what did you do while you let it heal?

I'm thinking of safety bar squats and a bunch of posterior chain work.

If it were just golfer's elbow I would just train right through it but the brachial plexus thing pretty much makes my left arm weak as shit for the rest of the training session. I just want to get back to my low bar squatting ASAP because I am a squatoholic.
