I usually end up with my middle finger on the ring sized marker on the bar. Although, I'm beginning to wonder if this too wide. How wide do you guys go?

I go with pinkies just touching the rings.

I use an ever wider grip but I have really long arms to compensate for.

Hard to tell with the camera angle, but looks a little wide. You want to use a grip width that results in your forearms being straight vertical at the bottom of the rep to get a greater range of motion.

Are you bouncing some of those reps? Hard to tell

Perhaps some slight bounce. I've seemed to acquire quite a few bad habits.

Yes, looks a little too wide.

(If you look at the reflection in the mirror, you'll see that your forearm never quite gets to vertical at the bottom.)

It might be a bit wide. It does look like you may be arching though (looked for it based on your video description). Make sure your butt stays in contact with the bench.

Also, where are you coming to on your chest? You may need to bring the bar a bit lower to get those forearms vertical. You want your hands to be over your elbows.

I can't quite tell, but it looks like your ass isn't on the bench. This is bad.

Edit: Paul beat me to it

Thanks, guys. I stalled on the bench pretty bad recently. I'll be working on fixing my form on the way back up.
