I got a wild hair and decided to max out tonight since I changed my diet. I switched over to eating more whole foods and canceled out the gomad for awhile to see what will happened. So here you go, I maxed out 340 just a few minutes before the 350 lb. I did it RAW, no gloves, shirt or belt. I also brought my grip in like Rip teaches and position my feet more underneath. It felt GREAT and and STRONG.

PS. sorry for the poor camara position and length, still new to the videoing and editing, I will try to do better and if someone could give me tips on how to improve that it would be great.

Sorry to tell you this, but you just threw it onto the hooks as it got up.

Why in the hell is everyone on this forum such a asshole? You are sorry? What the hell is that suppose to mean? I more respectful response would be "Hey man work on locking it out at the top and then rack it". I have been training my ass off for that bench and finally got it up, I am working on better form.

I was trying to be nice.

    It was pretty obvious.

A weight which you can lockout, you can also easy hold for a moment at the top.

But you just threw your arms back as soon as your arms straightened out. This makes it unclear whether you even made the lockout or not.

Just be little more patient and finish the lift.

That's more like it. Sorry if I came across as an ass it has been a rough day, lol. I will make sure that I lock it out, I was so excited to get it up. I did 340 right before that with ease, and said what the hell I got 350, and I did. I was using a more wide grip before and got slammed on that so I moved to a closer grip with the forearms vertical then angled. I fell much stronger now since I been practicing it.
