Ok so on page 72 of SS, when Ripp talks about the grip for the bench, he says that you should turn your hands and elbows out, with a slight internal rotation of the arm to have the correct grip. I've been doing this, but i was thinking wouldn't it increase the degree of elbow flare?

Considering that i can't seem to have any elbow tuck no matter how hard i try, i don't know if setting up the grip like this would make it worse. I know the logic behind it but was just asking to see if you guys set the grip up like that with no problems.
