    Default Squat check

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    Looking for a second opinion on my squat form. Anything that you guys see would be great!

    These are from my first workout after a reset and are my third set of 5, I lost my 'groove' on the last 1 or 2.

    Question/curiosity: are you bracing your feet against the rack base ?

    Thanks, Stacey. You always hope you are putting instruction into correct action, but you never know till you look at it.

    My toes/knees ALMOST hit the sides of the rack, but they are about half an inch to an inch away from doing so. I'm a pretty big dude as it stands, and it's a bit tricky getting set properly.

    I've contemplated walking the weight out past the parallel bars, but am unsure if a wider stance would even benefit me at this point.
