Hi guys, would appreciate some feedback on my squat form. I had some lower back pain caused by back rounding, so I'm really trying to focus on maintaining correct arch.

    Sets were 5x5 @ 130kg

I think the depth is a bit iffy on some of the reps.

They all looked pretty good to me, I didn't see anything major.

Some people may see some minor points; the only thing I can think of is that it looks like your toes may be pointed out a bit too much (ie >30°). They looked about 45° or so. Not a grave mistake, but if you can't keep your knees tracked over your toes, it could cause some pain in your knees.

    My opinion only. Nice squats.

Yeah, my feet weren't put on straight, I'm duck-footed. I used to get knee pain, then I read Rip's advice in MMOG about duckfooted people needing to take a wider foot stance, it works for me.

    *googles duck-footed*

Ah yes, sounds reasonable. As long as your not getting knee pain, sounds good to me.

    Good stuff, 51.

I just met my first duck-footed trainee the other day. Making him push his knees out kept causing his feet to turn out even more. It left me scratching me head for a second, until I had him get out from under the bar and just stand there normally, at which point I realized his feet were screwed on differently than most. It's very strange to see someone squat with their feet turned out as wide as his, much more so even than yours are, but it's what allows him to squat comfortably.
