    The last month I've been very off and on about the program. I'm really going to be up to date about this log so that I can motivate myself when I see myself achieving results.

    Freshman College on the varsity rowing team
    Weight: 175 lbs.
    Body Fat: 15%
    Goal Weight: 190 lbs.
    Body Fat: 10%
    Squats: 200 lbs. 3 x 5
    Goal Squats: 315 lbs. 3 x 5
    Bench Press: 165 lbs. 3 x 5
    Goal Bench Press: 225 lbs. 3 x 5
    Press: 110 lbs. 3 x 5
    Goal Press: 155 lbs. 3 x 5
    Power Cleans: 135 lbs. 5 x 3
    Goal Power Cleans: 185 lbs. 5 x 3
    Deadlift: 200 lbs. 1 x 5
    Goal Deadlift: 315 lbs. 1 x 5

    Weighted Leglifts: 15 lbs. 3 x 8
    2000 meters on the erg: 1000 @ 1:40, 1000 @ 2:00
