    why are you high-bar squatting?
    why are you squatting on squishy carpet?

    Still trying to plan/figure out how to put something hard (plywood or something else) on the floor.

    Need to practice low bar squat as well. I also need to reread Starting Strength and figure out the right spot to put the bar.

    Just below the spine of the scapula. Shove your elbows up and back.

    bend over and shove your ass back. Shove your knees out at the bottom--don't let them slide forward.

    Presto. Low bar squat.

    Those look like decent high bar squats.
