    Age: 17
    Height: 5'10"
    Weight: 150lbs

    Program: Practical Programming Novice Program

    Monday:
    Squat 3x5
    Bench Press/Press 3x5 (Alternating)
    Chinups: 3xF (Will eventually be changed to weighted)

    Wednesday
    Squat 3x5
    Bench Press/Press 3x5 (Alternating)
    Deadlift 1x5

    Friday
    Squat 3x5
    Bench Press/ Press 3x5 (Alternating)
    Pullups 3xF (Will eventually be changed to weighted)

    Background: I've been lifting consistently for about 6 months now, thankfully I had a friend who set me in the right path with squatting and deadlifting. After receiving and finishing my copy of SS and starting Practical Programming, I decided to switch to the given program. I joined this forum hoping for a wide range of useful information and help from you guys!
