Background: I've been lifting consistently for about 6 months now, thankfully I had a friend who set me in the right path with squatting and deadlifting. After receiving and finishing my copy of SS and starting Practical Programming, I decided to switch to the given program. I joined this forum hoping for a wide range of useful information and help from you guys!
