    Default My program

This is my program for the next while, or until I stall. I am 210lb, 5"9, and I eat for gains, so meat and milk is my life.
Lifts are as of today (all in lbs) :
    Squat 260 5x3
    Bench 210 5x3
    Power Clean 160 3x5
    Military Press 150 5x3
    Deadlift 315 5x3

    My program is:

    Monday
    Squat 5x3
    Military Press 5x3
Chin Ups AMRAP(as many reps as possible)x3 (usually get 8,7,7)
    Sit Ups(weighted) 10x3

    Wednesday
    Power Clean 3x5
    Pull Ups AMRAPx3 (8,7,6 usually)
Knees to Elbows (hang from pull up bar and raise knees to elbow.) 10, 8, 7

    30 Clean and Jerks @ 115lbs for time = 10-12 mins

    Friday
    Squat 5x3
    Bench 5x3
Chin Ups AMRAPx3 (same as monday)
    Sit Ups Weighted 10x3

    Saterday
    Deadlift 5x3
    Dips Weighted 5x3 (45lbs)
    Pull Ups AMRAPx3
    Knees to elbows 10, 8, 7

I have not yet stalled, but my squat is starting to feel rather tough, and for my weight and general fitness level I know I have alot left on linear. Think this is too much? Or should I stick to it since I'm still seeing steady gains in all my lifts?

I agree, you've got too much volume in your program, 4 full body sessions a week is tough.

    30 Clean and Jerks @ 115lbs for time = 10-12 mins

What is the purpose of this? (rhetorical)
