    Okay, here is the deal. I had a training log before in the general section, injured myself/ got lazy so stopped recording online then stopped lifting. I decided to clean the sand out of some places and get back under the bar and get serious about getting strong. My goals for training is to be stronger than all my friends and squat over 400lbs.

    Bio:
    Age-20
    Height- 6'
    Weight- 246lbs as of 3-30-10

    When I stopped my numbers were;
    Squat- 253lbs
    Bench- 135.5lbs
    Deadlift- 323lbs
    Press- 77lbs
    Powerclean- 111lbs

    I then decided to reset quite a bit since I stopped for a couple months. I have gained some of my strength back and still working hard. My numbers from my last training session were;

    Squat- 258lbs
    Bench- 116lbs
    Deadlift 285lbs

    I will get my numbers up tomorrow for Press and Powerclean after I lift.

    About time you quit being a vag! Those are all 3X5s right? And did you make Reed squat today?

    Squat, bench, press 3x5, dead lift 1x5 and power clean 5x3. And Reed didn't even come over.

    Today felt great. Nothing was too easy but didn't struggle much with anything.

    Squat- 262x3x5
    Press- 72x3x5
    Powerclean- 93x5x3

    Side note; Power cleaning sucks without bumper weights, need some desperately.

    Today was not so awesome, I only got the squats done, which felt heavy and horrible.

    Squat- 267x3x5

    Hopefully I feel alot better Wednesday.
