    Default Squat Form Check

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    I'd really appreciate some advice on my form.

    I know there are some problems. I'm not sure how to fix them. I've got the DVD to study up on too. I'm just hoping for some direction here.


    I'm 6'2", 215lbs.

    Depth is hard to tell because of the black on black, and the safety bars getting in the way, but they do seem correct depth. Other than that they look good to me, but then again i weigh less than you so you don't have to listen to me

    I feel like my back was rounding a bit. In set 3 I tried to cut them off a little higher.

    Should I push my knees out farther? They were shaking a bit.

    Borderline depth, slight butt wink, a too slow descent that kills the rebound. Nothing too bad.
