Mmm i just realised i posted this in the wrong section. Anyways simonsky's given me some good advice but i'd just like to hear some of you guy's opinions.

"Ok so i had a wrist injury that made me take about 2-3 weeks of powercleaning (subbed in light hang cleans, increasing weight as my wrist healed). On Friday i finally got back into powercleaning starting back where i left off at 55kg (yes i know it sucks). Just hoping for you guys to take a look at it and see if i'm still doing it right after laying off for a while.

Last set of 3 at 55kg.

I still think you are opening up your hips too early, and you don't really have any hip snap, which is why your second pull looks so slow.

For an example of what I'm talking about:

Notice that throughout the entire first pull, he only extends the knees: back angle stays constant, knees go back. His legs are almost straight before he snaps his hips (which results in the "double knee bend").

You can always check this site for more videos:

    http://www.cathletics.com/exercises/...on&sectionID=2

It has a lot of videos for drills too. And their video gallery section has a lot of "collected training" videos of many people with great form.

    Hope it helps.
