    Starting Date: May 1st, 2010
    Age: 16
    Height: 5'6
    BW: ~175

    Starting weights:
    Squat 230
    BP 155
    Deadlift 305
    Press 90

    My background:
Alright, so I started lifting on August of 2009 with the usual bodybuilding split most people start with. My main goal was the achievement of a ripped six pack and huge muscles. When I started I weighted about 120 lbs. I was really skinny comparing to now. Last January I was about 150 lbs and decided to improve my strength. I ditched the split and focused more on strength and increasing my bodyweight because i was tired of being skinny. I found about SS and i have been on it since early February of this year. My squat actually has been around the 250's but its been stuck there for a while. I just deloaded it and will start from 225. I decided to start a log becasuse of the convenience of getting to it from anywhere, and maybe get some feedback from you guys as i go through SS.

    Short term Goals:
    200/300/400 @ 200

    Long term:
    HOT ABZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

    PVC is right.
Also you are in the best age to grow, so train heavy, eat and sleep. Wish I could have known about the program when I was your age.

    Press

Press didn't feel so heavy, I just couldn't complete the reps. 90 next time.
Maybe I got a little detrained on it because i have done 90x3x5 before, but that was like 1.5-2 weeks ago.

    255x3
    285x1
    300x5
last two reps were a bitch but not too bad, probably the same thing happened to me dl as with the press.
