Then right off the bat I would change your breakfast to something like 6 eggs scrambled w/cheese and veggies in place of the PB sandwich at that meal. Then add a new meal that is your PB sandwich and more milk in the late morning.

You crack 6 eggs (whole eggs) into a bowl, then add 6 quick pours of whole milk. Then take a fork and whip it up nicely. Add to a hot fry pan and use a spatula to keep mixing up the eggs while they cook. Add veggies and cheese while they cook.

    Just googled scrambled eggs.

They look like the least appetizing things i could ever eat.

This is not a smart-ass question, even though it sounds like one...where are you from that you've never heard of scrambled eggs?

Also, regarding your diet, you're "eating" a lot of shakes with whey protein, and drinking a lot of milk, but you're kind of short on solid food, no? And real food, too. Sure, have your shakes and milk, but eat some food, too! If you don't like scrambled eggs, you can hard boil, poach, fry, sunnyside up, over-easy... I get a lot of snacking mileage out of mixed raw nuts and raisins. Beans, brown rice, veggies, quinoa, tofu, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt. I wonder if you're kind of running on empty because you digest all the liquid food so quickly.

You might pose this question to Johnny Pain, however.
