    Okay, I've been on SF for about 6 weeks now, but I've now missed reps on all the main exercises. My low back is not recovering enough between workouts, which is probably the main reason for stalling. The lifts stalled at:

    Squat: 1x4x162,5 kg
    Deadlift: 1x4x195 kg
    Bench: 1x4x87,5 kg
    Press: 1x4x60 kg

    Should I just start the whole thing from scratch, or lower the weight jus so that I get 5 reps on the exercises?

    I believe OP is referring to the 'Single-Factor Model of Training' discussed in the second chapter of PP.

    OP, have you read Starting Strength or the chapter on Novice lifters in Practical Programming? Why have you listed weights for a single set of 5? Shouldn't you be attempting 3 sets of 5? I'm confused because I've never heard of someone actually training with a 'Single Factor program'. I thought this was just a theoretical framework for organizing a training program.
