I am on the Texas Method now. Without sacrificing the flat bench or the OH Press, where I could I fit in 2 sets of higher reps Incline Bench? I thought about the recovery day, but then it wouldn't be effective in building up the top of my chest.

    Any ideas?

I used to do "body building" routines, and was never satisfied with the clavicular head of pectoralis major- no matter how much I incline benched. Then I grew up and did SS and TM for flat benches and overhead presses, drank some milk, now my chest and shoulders fill out a T-shirt like an M-F'ing sausage casing.

You are a very funny man Mazda Matt. I was almost thinking the same thing.

I drink the milk (have milk goats in fact), raised my weight from 165-70 to 200lbs, and have grown considerably stronger.

My shoulders and chest have filled out nicely. It is just that the top of the chest is flat. Also the back of my shoulders seem a little underdeveloped compared to the rest.

Anyways, IF anyone has an answer to the question posed I would appreciate it.

    Shaun
