    Starting the Texas Method with DE on the Friday workout open to advice

    Week One
    Mon Weds Fri
    Squat 5x5 Squat 2x5 Squat 10x2 DE 1 min rest
    Bench 5x5 Press 3x5 Bench 10x3 DE 1 min rest
    Deadlift 5RM back Ext 5x10 Deadlift 15 singles 30s rest
    Incline 3x10 Pulls 3x12

    Week Two
    Mon Weds Fri
    Squat 5x5 Squat 2x5 Squat 10x2 DE 1 min rest
    Press 5x5 Bench 3x5 90% of prev. Mon Press 10X3 DE 1 min rest
    Deadlift 5rm Back Ext 5x10 PC 15 singles 30s rest
    Incline 3x10 Dips 3X12

    Just do Power Cleans for 5s of 3r on all friday's. Take a two minute break between sets.

    starting strength coach development program
    Update on the TM I posted about I am going to move Incline to at the end of the Fri workout due wanting to get more out of exercise and not wanting to interfere with output/recovery on my Heavy Mon workout.
