I don't post a lot but I lurk around here and I need some advice. I used the search function and there was some information on adductor pain but its was related to inflammation. I thought I pulled my groin the beginning of this year and my knee become very swollen. The pain went away and I attempted to squat and I started having a sharp pain in the adductor area of my leg. I know you can hurt your adductor by squatting with poor form but sometimes it hurts from doing simple activities.

I also have had shoulder problems. Ive had a MRI done and the surgeon told me to rest it which I did and the pain didn't reside. I later noticed that my clavicle was out of position and I realized that it was probably a separated shoulder. So Ive been pressing to help with the shoulder and resting it. I assume that's a proper way of treating it.

I'm currently reading SS and am enjoying it and I appreciate the time you take to answer questions here on the board.
