Time to make a commitment for change.

    7/12/10
    Squat 145lbs x 5 x 3
    OHP 90lbs x 5 x 3
    Powercleans 45lbs x 3 x 5

    7/14/10
    Squat 155lbs x 5 x 3
    Bench 115lbs x 5 x 3
    Deadlift 145lbs x 5

I have been drinking a GOMAD, I missed one day, only had about half.

Recovery is amazing, I have done an adulterated version of SS in the past, now I have the book and its time to actually do the program!
I will be increasing squats by 10lbs each workout until I hit 205, which is where I left off, then we'll see, will probably drop to 5lbs each workout. Deadlift will be up by 20lbs each workout for 2 weeks, then 10lbs each workout.

I hope I finally get my ass in gear and get this done!

    Thanks for the encouragement.
I will be going on vacation next week, I am hoping I can find a gym to visit while I am there.

    starting strength coach development program
Back from vacation, really didn't want to get started, but I felt great once I got going.

Squat 205lbs x 5 x 3 (A few sloppy reps but I was just getting back into the swing of things)
OHP 100lbs x 5 x 3 (Much easier if I take one deep breath for the set)
Curls 55lbs x 8 x 3 (I know, I should be doing powercleans but my freaking wrists still aren't flexible enough, I am still doing stretches)
