About 170lb 20% bodyfat, a young chubby 14 year old who is just started to get hairs in certain areas and now wants to get strong.

Sorry if this is wrong forum, you can move it.

    1: 1 cup oats 5 whole eggs.

    2.protein blend shake

    3.nuts

    4.beef and veg

5 shake(divided into two with a banana in the next one if workout day and maybe a few oats in the pre)

    6.Chicken veg

    7. Slow protein shake( casein cheaper than cottage cheese were i am from)

2700 cals 205 gm protein. Might not be 100% same cals, might switch meats up.

More cals if progress slows. More or less carb/p/fat?

Your diet seems OK to me.

At 14 I'd be more concerned with hitting the weights SS style and making sure I ate enough to recover.

HaVE YOU started SS and what is your squat?

Havent started but remember doing crappy personal trainer crap and experimenting on my own, got 95x5 perfect form after so much trial and error, not much but i gotta eat to support, gonna have to handle being overweigt for a while.

Once at end of linear progressing will cut back to 15% bodyfat. Then might do other stuff.
I know this sounds like noobiness but i want to do this for getting really strong, rather than for a sport or wrestling. I hope to be a big lifter like bill starr. Being able to squat 400 lb for reps is what i want to accomplish before i die.

Eat MOAR FOOD. Lift heavy weights. MOAR FOOD.

PS don't post body fat estimates, because they're ALWAYS WRONG.

Eat way more (at least 3400-3500 kcal/day). Most sedentary teenagers who are still growing need close to that.
