    I am 14 years old,weigh 182 pounds 5ft 10 and 19%bf.
I have started SS now instead of doing a program like it but my friend suggested and i was also curious that i was overtraining.I thought it would be much more benefitial if i put my results on here as i never bother to write them down. I have just completed my first couple of sessions and these are my results,

    Squat-60kg3x5
    Bench-60kg3x5
    Deadlift-100kg1x5
    Dips-2x8 15kg assisted
    Military-30kg3x5
    Power Cleans-35kg5x3
    Pull Ups-15kg assisted

Welcome. Height is also interesting. 182 is a good size at 14. Do you play any sports, or just lift?

Do you have Starting Strength? And do you have chalk?

Thanks forgot to add my height in im 5ft 10 inches. I like to play sports because it is something to do rather than ps3 and because its social. I play most sports with school but favour footall and play for district (soccer) and tennis. My size helps in football with being a goalie because u can dominate ur area easier and at my tennis squad im a known as the big hitter. I also like rugby and swimming but dont do those as often. I dont use chalk but my training partner willhu12 just said that he is getting some for us and i dont have the book i just follow the workout bit.

    New lifting stats:
    Squats-65kg
    Military Press-35kg
(both completed with 3x5 no problem)
    Power Cleans-50kg (5x3)
Chin ups (did 3 sets of 5 using bodyweight which is all i can do)

I made a mistake by doing high intensity cardio the day before which made my muscles ache but i still made gains on all exercises but probably wont do that again only on my 2 day rest day (Only did it because i am going away soon and will be eating muich more and missing the training and to prepare myself for the new season of soccer and other sports that i do)

    Dips 2x8 all completed fine
Also didnt want to overtrain as i have a important soccer trial tommorow and didnt want to be stiff the next day.
