Two monts ago I was doing pullups and then injured myself apparantly. When doing bicepscurls or chins(palms facing me) it hurts around the area above/inside of the elbow, you know around that little bony knot that feels uncomfortable if you happen to bump it onto something hard.

I can only lift barely half the usual weights when doing curls without feeling any pain, pullups with overhand grips feels better but can feel a little pain afterwards but not a big deal, chins with palms facing me is just like the bicepscurls more painfull. I have been training only light in those exercizes that are more painfull but I still feel pain. I donīt know if this is some form of inflammation or if I should stop doing any pullingmovements for a month or so to see if itīs gets better, or if itīs better to be active but only doing pullups with overhand grips?

Do anyone know what this is and how to treat it correctly?
