    Hey hey everybody!
    About myself, i never log myself before, this is my first time, anyways. When i start of with this program i weigh around 65kg, now weigh 85kg and 25% BF, thanks to the program!

    I did alot of deloading just to work on form for 10months, but i was progressing as well.
    Went up to 120kg squat, 105kg deadlift damn im weak at dead, 85kg bench, OHP 62.5kg, thats all 3x5, then increase all the lifts by 2.5kg each lifts. Fail to all of them.
    I thought maybe i reach my genetic p. Then started bodybuilding routine for 4 weeks i did see growths but after that it slow down, and my strength gone down the drain, bit disapointed though. While i was at it, i was kinda miss SS routine, bodybuilding routine can be quite boring, so yeah im going back to SS now, GOTTA LOVE SQUAT 3 times a week.
    Now i got my form right!, its time to progress without worrying too much on deload anymore to work on form. Damn cant believe it took me 10months working on form, but it worth it. Hopefully i can beat my record this time.
    Let murder the damn weight. LIGHT WEIGHT BAaBEERRR!!!!

    Squat 120kg- Goal 140kg
    Deadlift 105kg- Goal 150kg if can reach to that point
    Bench 85kg- Goal 100kg
    Ohp 62.5kg- Goal 75kg

    Here was 2days ago,

    Squat -80kg 3x5. 5/5/5
    Ohp- 40kg 3x5. 5/5/5
    Pull up -3x15. 4/3/3

    Bench-67.5kg 5/5/5
    Dead-90kg 5
