    Ha! Thanks man. The funny thing is, I planned to do reps at 260, did two ugly reps, felt sick and wanted to go home. Then, for no logical reason I decided to start adding weight to the bar. This might have been the only rep of the bunch that was below parallel. I think the secret is just use enough weight ... eventually you will go below parallel.
