1) Lower back extended/Chest up
2) knees out/not past toes forward
3) depth

Too late, already experimented with knees first and it was a big fail. I usually do it simultaneously anyway just read some shit on the internet, perhaps knees first was the way to go. It wasnt. Waste of a workout.
Hips.
EDIT: It's not just the way Rip teaches it, every powerlifter I know says hips sit back first.
Well colowayo teaches knees first.
Hips first usually leads to knees moving forward at the bottom. Both at the same time, IMO.
