Here are my old squat help threads for reference.

Since then I got to 250 on the squat before a 4 workout stall, reduced by 10 percent for a reset and got all the way up to 270 on Monday. Stalled again on 275 on Wednesday and today (there is a reason which I will get to). Please provide me some feedback on if my form is acceptable enough. My knees seem to be moving too much out of the hole and I cant seem to fix it. Also since switching from old Chucks to Rogue's Rip shoes I have had a tougher time getting into proper position because once my feet are planted with the shoes its tough to rotate them. Depth is tough to judge sometimes from this camera angle, I apologize. I make sure to get my knees out as much as I can and get a good bounce off the hamstrings.

Had to stop after one set because of pain in left arm.

I am not sure why but the weird pain in my left arm came back. Rip said it might be a bicep tendon. Last time it happened I got lucky and couldnt train a week or so because of med school interviews and it seemed to heal itself. Since then I did not have any pain until yesterday. I think neutral grip chinups could be the culprit. I warmed up fine but after my first 2 reps on my workset today I felt a sharp pain there and it shot into my elbow and down my forearm a bit. I racked after the third rep and waited 10 minutes before trying again. Set 2, I get one rep before the pain comes back again. Pretty frustrating. My arm ached for about an hour after that and just calmed down recently. The spot is still very tender when I touch it. Any advice on course of action? Should I just let it heal for a week before lifting again?

Just a little update - have failed last two times on my attempt at 280. first went 5, 3, 3, the second attempt was 4, 5, 4. Here is the video of the first set, next time I will take better videos as instructed by Steve's sticky.

Im going to try again this Thursday for 280. If I cant get it then I think its time to move to advanced novice and add a light day in the middle.

Before the experts come in, just from your last video (280) your elbows rotate downwards as you get to the hole. Keep your elbows up and put only as much downward pressure on the bar as needed. Also, your squats are a wee bit high.
