Your form looks really solid. I saw 2 tactical choices you could tweak in the future to move more weight. Cut depth in your squat- I think you have at least 2 inches there. And on the deadlift you may have been hyperextending a bit at the top, and you lower the bar kind of gingerly (you may save your back some fatigue by dropping the bar faster.)
