Here is a video from todays squat sets at 165 lbs. Training has been on and off lately, so progression is slow.

Currently, im sitting at 6'3'' and 177 lbs.

My main concern is depth. Maybe a couple inches too deep? Knees dont seem to be flying well over the toes, so thats adequate.

    Thank you.

You do something that I just fixed for my squat: dropping too fast. As a result of the relatively uncontrolled descent, your knees move more than they should at the bottom.

You're maybe an inch deeper than parallel. Someone wiser than me will opine as to whether or not that is a big problem.

By the way, the training only works if the stress applied to the body is chronic (i.e. if you're consistent with your training). No on and off. What's your diet like?

    Diet is meal hall food.

Lotsa chicken, fish, eggs for protein.
    Vegetables and bread for carbs
olive oil, peanut butter for fats.

shoot for 300g protein, whatever i cant get in food, i get with whey, which turns out, on average to be 2-3 scoops a day.

By inconsistent, i mean like...training twice a week due to my class schedule.
