Finally moved away from novice. My old log.

    My youtube channel.

    Current PRs:

    Squat: 137.5kg 3x5
    Bench: 85kg x 5
    Deadlift: 165kg x 3
    OHP: 52.5kg x 2
    Bodyweight: 85kg

EDIT: I'll be doing Starr's 5x5 using this calculator (http://www.vicjg.com/aspx/madcowint.aspx) for Squat, bench and OHP. Deadlift is still going up 5kg per week just doing 2 sets of 3, so I'll milk that for a while.

    82.5 x 5
    100kg x 5
    (belt)
    115kg x 5
    132.5kg x 5

    Bench

    40kg x 5
    50kg x 5

    80kg x 5

Squat felt good. Bench was decent as well, arse stayed firmly on bench this time.

You missed a bunch of time over the summer didn't you? It seems like your squats have come back pretty good.

Yeah, as of last week I am back in PR for reps territory for all lifts.

I forgot to add what routine I'm doing. I'll edit the OP.

    Squat (beltless)

    65kg x 5
    82.5kg x 5
    100kg x 5
    100kg x 5

    OHP

    27.5kg x 5
    32.5kg x 5
    40kg x 5
    42.5kg x 5

    Deadlift (PR*)

    60kg x 5
    100kg x 3
    140kg x 2
    160kg x 1
    170kg x 3*
    170kg x 3*

    Chin-ups

    BW x 7
    BW x 5
    BW x 7
    BW x 6

    Power Shrugs

    60kg x 5
    100kg x 5
    140kg x 3
    180kg x 3
    200kg x 3

Squats and OHP were very easy. Squats were ATG and OHP is on a reset so they were very easy indeed.

170kg was my previous 1RM a few months back, so it feels good to be doing it for sets now. I'm 86kg now, so it's almost double body weight for sets.

I decided to play around with shrugs a bit, never done them before. I couldn't do these weights with strict shrugs, so I heaved them up with a pretty short ROM. Too heavy tbh, but I just wanted to try them out.

    50kg x 5
    60kg x 5

Everything nice and easy. The 135kg squats were very easy, and very fast.

Squats were annoyingly hard. 135kg felt piss easy on Friday, though I was in a different gym. I dunno if the weights are slightly different, but this gym has a shitty cheap bar and my other gym as an Eleiko. I'm back at the 'Eleiko' gym on Friday, so let's see if hopefully it feels better. I also only got about 5 and half hours sleep, so that sucks.

Not this Friday, but next Friday I will be squatting 140kg x 3, which is back in PR territory. Same with bench.

Bench felt good. I didn't use belt this time and I kept my arse firmly planted on the bench this time. Felt pretty good.

I was just dicking around with the other stuff today.
