Squat Check
Hi Guys
Just after a form check to make sure there is nothing obvious i am doing wrong!
The weight is 167.5kg for a set of 3, this was taken a few weeks ago, just managed to sort out a youtube account.
I have a habit of moving my stance out a bit with my top sets, is this too wide or is it more of a 'if it works for you' situation?
