Read the technique sticky at the top of the forum. I wrote it just for you. Kudos on posting your set-up. Too many people skip this important part in their posts here.

    1) You should slap the piss out of your camera operator for zooming in from a perfectly good view to one that was too close to see the bar end when the bar is on the floor, and for doing speed right before your gym session. Shakycam is bad.
    2) Watch the weight swing away from you on each rep. Your shoulders are WAY ahead of the bar. You look like you may have a fairly long torso compared to legs, so you are going to have to sit your hips back a bit. You might try getting more chest up - squeeze it up REAL hard - and see if this shortens up your torso a bit / moves your hips back. Hard to tell at this angle - from the side would be better.
    3) On your set-up - grip the bar FIRST, THEN bend the knees to touch, and DO NOT MOVE THE BAR. Also, jam your knees out into your elbows more. Like knees out in a squat. This will also help you sit back a bit more.
    4) You only did 4-1/2 reps. Nowhere in SS:BBT does it say to walk the bar back to the rack as part of the 5th rep. This is usually done out of convenience and in a gesture of helpfulness for our gym partners, but it is actually stupid and dangerous.
