I don't want super aids
there is pain in the lumbar region when i bend over with a rounded back, not when i bend with my back locked (chest up and arched low back). I'm not sure what's SO wrong with my form that would cause this.. hmph
More specificity on "low back pain" would be nice. Location / type of pain / duration/ Does it get better with heat / cold / motion / stretching / exercise? Age / Height / Weight. How long on the program? How much are you lifting for each of your lifts? etc, etc.
For instance, I could have said your first post was a pain in the ass. But I was specific as to why!
