    Default Low back Discomfort

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Is there anything in this squat that would cause low back pain after finishing my work sets? It's not perfect, but is there anything that stands out that would bother my low back?

    Bad form or a genetic condition. Or Stage 9 Super Aids.

    My lower back always feels tight after work sets.

    I don't want super aids

    there is pain in the lumbar region when i bend over with a rounded back, not when i bend with my back locked (chest up and arched low back). I'm not sure what's SO wrong with my form that would cause this.. hmph

    More specificity on "low back pain" would be nice. Location / type of pain / duration/ Does it get better with heat / cold / motion / stretching / exercise? Age / Height / Weight. How long on the program? How much are you lifting for each of your lifts? etc, etc.

    For instance, I could have said your first post was a pain in the ass. But I was specific as to why!
