    Squat 275/5x3 solid.
    Press 130/5x3 slow barspeed, will do this again next time.
    P Cleans 160/3x5 less than pretty, but I'll go to 165 next time.

    Half a chicken and 2 bowls of capn crunch. Good times.

    Yeah, guess I skipped the introductions.

    I'm 31, 5'9", 200lbs. Training pseudo-SS for about a year, sometimes DTP, sometimes just doing big lifts for 5s and throwing in some assistance movements, likely unnecessarily. Did my first PL meet Dec 4 and hit a PR squat of 330, BP 231 (gym 240), and DL 346 (gym 365). I did a lot more lower rep work in the last three months to prep for the competition, since I had never really trained singles outside of testing the occasional 1RM. So now I'm going to do the Onus Wunsler routine and see how it flies. I think I have plenty of time on linear progression if I eat and sleep. That's always been harder for me than the training. Goals for next meet in late Feb/early March are 400lbs DL and 1000lbs total. Totally reasonable, I would even like to meet this goal on second attempts if possible.

    Squat 280/5x3 better back angle, 285 next
    Bench 210/5x3, dickhead spotter grabbed last rep, repeat next
    Neut grip chins 8,7,6 Back ext 15x3

    Ate 3/4 (6 servings) of turkey meatloaf from safeway. Pretty tasty.

    Press 130/5x3 only slowed when I let the bar drift forward, 135 next
    Neut grip chins 8,7,6 Back ext 12x5
