    I think I read that the day it came out. I didn't read the pub date and thought it was old. I don't even know how I found it but I liked it, pictures and all. Except the dude pics...

    Don't get me wrong, i think T-nation is a great site with a lot of information in regards to everything you can do in a gym (bodybuilding/strength training etc) but does anyone else feel the whole purpose of the site is to flog their anaconda/mag-10 supplement protocol?

    Interesting. I was shocked when my GF had no trouble getting her lower back into the correct arched position on the 1st try, but I guess she isn't special in that regard. I will be telling her this shortly.
