Fear is good for sissies. They like it.Contrary to popular belief, "intensity" is defined as the percentage of your maximum lift that you are training with. Most people confuse "intensity" with "intensiveness", which is the subjective level of effort put forth. The gym does not have to be “feared” in order for a person to have productive workouts.
