    Hey coach
I have posted this in the forum but I got many different opinions so I am really befuddled now.
I have read PPST and I am trying to set up a texas method template based on its guidelines and a template I found on wikia.
My goal is to be a better boxer (will start boxing in june-july).
As boxing relies primarily on power and endurance I have decided to include speed sets and some high rep sets.
Here is a program based on what a member of the forum pmed me to do.

    Monday [High Volume/Moderate Intensity]
    Power Snatches 8x2
    Bench Press/Press 3X5
Squat 3X5 , 2x15-20 (adding a rep each workout and then adding weight)

    Wednesday [Low Volume/Low Intensity]
    Front Squat 3x3
    DB Press/Db Bench Press 2X15-20
    Chin ups 3x5

    Friday [Speed Sets]
    Power cleans 8x2
    Squat, 8x2 at 60%
    Sumo deadlift,10x1 at 60%

And here is what the guys suggested in the forum.

    Monday [High Volume/Moderate Intensity]
    Power cleans 8x2
    Bench Press/Press 6x3
    Squat 6x3

    Wednesday [Low Volume/Low Intensity]
    Power snatches 8x2
    Press/Bench Press 2X5 (@80% of 5RM)
    Squat 2x5 80%

    Friday (heavy day)
    Squat 1x5
    Bench Press/Press 1x5
    Sumo deadlift 1x5

I don't feel that the second workout will do much for my endurance and speed.
