Relation between Rack pull and DL
Hi Ripp,
In your opinion Chins interfere with my Rack-Pull, haltings or regular Deadlift id done before with, say, 3 sets weighted?
What is the relation between a Rack-pull 5Rm and a Deadlift 1Rm? Is there a way to now, more or less, if my Deadlift is improving without doing it or should I test it maybe every 2 months (that is what I’d do also because I like the exercise a lot).

Since lats and grip are quite intimately related to pulls, I'd say they probably have an effect. Why would you do a silly thing like weighted chins before pulls?

Just to say, I’m doing:
Shrugs and Press on Monday (upper body)
Pulling exercises on Wednesday (lower body)
Bench on Friday (upper body)
Plus, each day a little assistance exercises with a little higher reps.
So maybe I could do chins with bench I guess…..
