Its about time I get a log going so I don't have to keep remembering this shit in my head.

    Age: 21
    Sex: Male
    Height: 5' 11
    Weight: 222

Before anyone asks, I took my linear progression on squats to 330 3x5 then I had an injury preventing me from deadlifting and squatting heavy and when I came back I deloaded about 150 pounds to experiment with different back angles. I basically just wasted a fuck load of time and i'm pissed about it. So my squats are very de-trained and thats why they are low right now. Same with my deadlift.

    3/21/11

    Squat
    185 - 5,5,5

    Bench
    255 - 5,5,6

    Deadlift
    245 - 5

    3/23/11

    Squat
    225 - 5,5,5

    OH press
    160 - 5,5,5

    Chins
11,5,4 I get burnt out on these after my first set

My bench and press are right at where they stalled during my LP so i'm going to see if I can get past my previous sticking points and if not I will be switching to the Texas Method for those lifts. Once I get my squat back over 315 i'm going to be switching to TM for squats as well.

    OH press

Pretty kick ass session although i'm developing tendinitis in my elbow again from letting them drop during squats, oh well, i'll make sure to keep them up and it will go away. I belted up today for squats to get use to using the belt again and I could only go to the 6th hole when previously I was at the 7th. I decided to weight myself at the gym and was 228, thats a bodyweight pr. Managed to pr in the bench as well, fuckin crushed it, on my 3rd set it felt like I could have gotten another rep.

    Squat
    275 - 5,5,5

    Bench
    265 - 5,5,5 PR Crushed it!

    Deadlift
    275 - 5

    Weighted Dips
    65 lbs - 8,8

If I can manage to PR my press again at 170 3x5 on my birthday Friday that will be fuckin awesome..

Updating age because of birthday today.

    Age:22

    Weight: 225

So my session today the squats were great, felt very easy. The tendinitis in my elbow on the other hand was aching pretty damn bad, hoping this shit goes away quick like last time. Today I was supposed to be getting a PR in my press at 170 3x5. I warmed up and then loaded the bar up, unracked it and it felt heavy as fuck. I managed to squeeze 4 reps out about shooting my eyeballs out of my head on the last one. I just racked it knowing there was no way I was going to get 5. Did a couple sets of chins then went and baked in the sauna. While I was sitting in there I realized I fucking mis-loaded the damn bar and instead of a 45,10,5, and 2 1/2 I put 45,10,10, and a 2 1/2, so it was 180lbs not 170, fuck. Not sure if i'm going to try for it on Wednesday or just switch to TM.

    Squats
    285 - 5,5,5 easy

    OH press
    180 - 4

    Chins
    5,5,5

My elbow didn't really give me any grief today which is awesome and I managed to PR my bench again which is even more awesome.

    Squat
    295 - 5,5,5 pretty easy

    Bench
    270 - 5,5,5 PR!

    Deadlift
    300 - 5 pretty easy

Well that tendinitis shit in my elbow crept up into my bicep area today, damn what an ache it was. Still managed to get another PR today in the press. I was still pretty sore from Monday and actually got pretty sore in my quads, i'm never really sore there, squats are still feeling pretty light though.

    Squats
    305 - 5,5,5

    OH press
170 - 5,5,5 PR! this was unbelievably hard, my entire body was shaking like a leaf trying to push the bar up on my last reps.

    Chins
1 my arms were aching and since I pr'd press I said fuck it and left after 1.
