    a) u hate that guy
    b) form is so good
    c) form is is aweful that u cant help anymore ^^

    i'm personally far from a pro but i think the lifts are ok. DL maybe little bit more back extension.

    I would say it would help in the squat too.
    He doesn't seem to make much of an attempt to keep his back in extension.

    He can clearly manage, in both lifts, but I think trying to put and keep the back in extension reinforces the mental habit of having everything tight, and this might come useful as the weight increases.

    Knees are caving in on the squat, and back is not in extension as has already been pointed out. CHEST UP!

    Set-up for first DL looks good, but he does not set his back for the following reps.
