    Mark,

I know that it varies from person to person but what is the longest you have observed someone maintain linear progression on the SS program?

I have been doing StrongLifts since August 2009. Still on linear progression. Though only following a guideline of SL now. Just figuring out the best way to continue. I opted for 3x3 squats instead of 1x5.
    Squats 3x3 520 - going for 525 tonight
Deadlift 1x5 500 tng - working my way back up to this, tonight will be 495
The rest of the lifts, bench 3x5 285, rows 3x5 285, and ohp 3x5 185 I kind of cycle on while waiting for LP to end on squat and dead.
    I am 45 y/o 6'4" 340lbs.
