Usgetata's SS log ... ex-SLer!
37 y/o Asian male, 5'6", 140 lbs.
My little history: I was always a skinny guy all my life (118 lbs!!) until I started going to the gym 1 and half year ago. I first discovered StrongLifts and followed the program for like a year and made what I considered very good progress. At that point I felt like it took too long to complete the workout and I started staling on my lifts. After the Christmas + New Year break I decided to change my workout to SS. I read the book, deload my lifts and work back up to improve my forms according to the SS standards.
So today I think it's good time to start my SS log:
P.S. I started micro-loading with 1.25 lbs plates since I failed increasing weight on BP, OHP and SQ 3 times previously.
2011-04-13
SQ: 187.5 lbs, 3x5
BP: 137.5 lbs, 5,5,4. missed by one rep dammit!
DL: 200 lbs 1x5
2011-04-15
SQ: 190 lbs, 3x5
OHP: 97.5 lbs, 3x5
Hang Clean: 97.5 lbs, 5x3

SQ: 192.5 lbs, 3x5. Knees gave out in the last rep and pointed in...
BP: 137.5 lbs, 3x5
DL: 205 lbs 1x5. SO DAMN HEAVY

SQ: 192.5 lbs, 3x5. Knees position were better.
OHP: 100 lbs, 3x5. Forms were Fugly but forgot to record...
Hang Clean: 100 bls, 5x3.

SQ: 195 lbs, 3x5 (PR)
BP: 140 lbs, 3x5 (PR, BW)
DL: 210 lbs, 5x1 (PR, 1.5 BW). My back was not straight...

SQ: 197.5 lbs, 3x5 (PR), OMG 200 lbs Mark on Friday!
OHP: 100 lbs, 3x5. Forms were less ugly than last time.
Hang Clean: 102.5 lbs, 5x3. The bar on some reps were not high enough, I had to lower myself alot more to catch it....

SQ: 200 lbs 3x5(PR). 200! It sounds like a mile stone to me . Hope I can reach 210 lbs (1.5 x BW) by the end of June.
BP: 142.5 lbs, 5,4,3
DL: 210 lbs 5x1. Forms were better than last time, but the last two reps my back were not straight again...

SQ: 195 lbs 1x5, 200 lbs 2x5. Silly me put the wrong weight on the first set...
OHP: 100 lbs 3x5. Still felt alot of pressure on my back in the last two reps
Hang Clean: 102.5 lbs 5x3. Barely made it.

Lack of sleep + small lunch + wore wrong sneaker = Sucky workout!
SQ: 200 lbs 5,5,4....
BP: 142.5 lbs 5,4,4. Surprisingly improved by 1 rep...
DL: 210 lbs 4x1. Back started bending on the third rep and just couldn't lift the last rep off the floor...

Dl: 210 lbs 5x1... Third attempt but my back was still rounding...
