Hey everyone, I think I speak for everyone here by saying that SS:BBT is a great program, I'm on my 7th week now, but just recently discovered the forum. I'm happy to read all the logs and I can finally say I've found my people, and I hope to be as strong as you guys someday.

20 y/o ~195 lbs, depends on how much chocolate I ate the week i weigh in.
Student majoring in Kinesiology, future Physical Therapist!
I like to consider myself a track cyclist, a match sprinter. To me, there's nothing more satisfying than using pure strength and being able to propel yourself up to 40 mph on a bicycle. Unfortunately, I've only clocked in at 36 mph, and only for about 1-2 seconds.

    My goal this year:
Decrease 13 second flat 200m time to 12.5 seconds.
Decrease body fat from 19% to 14%, and becoming a lean 185-190 (Don't scold me!! lighter body = easier to go fast! But this will probably hinder/prolong lifting goals)
Goals for my 5-6 rep work sets:
    Squat 350 lbs
    Bench 250 lbs
    Press 160 lbs
    Power Clean 200
    Snatch 160
    Dead Lift 400

I hope to go above and beyond, while minding my body's limits.

    Worksets:
    1st Week 3/21/2011-3/25/2011
    Squat
    205x6x3
    215x6x3
    225x6x3
    Press
    115x5x3
    120x5x3
    Deads
    225x5x3
    230x5x3
    Power Clean
    130x5x3
    Bench
    125x5x3

    7th Week 5/2/2011-5/4/2011 (Wednesday)
    Squat
    295x6x3
300x6x3 (Most I've ever done, thanks Rip.)
    Update 5/6/2011 305x6x3
    Press
    135x5x3
    Deads
    310x5x3
    Power Clean
    170x5x3
    Bench
    210x5x3
    Snatch
135x5x3 (Not a main exercise, but good to practice)

I'm having some pain on my tibial tuberosity, I don't think it's Osgood-Schlatter's since I didn't have a problem growing up. It may be due to broken form on my squats causing a strain. Going to take it easy until it feels better, continue until I squat 315 for my work set, then move on to 20 rep work sets until I can 20 rep 300 at least. Wish me luck fellas. I'll update in a month.
