    Can you please check out my squat technique?
    The weight of the bar is 100 kilo and it is the 1st set

    You have a little forward knee travel at the bottom. Not a ton, but some. Try to get the knees out and in place early in the descent, then just sit back.

    Depth and hip drive looked good.

    Stop moving your head and eye gaze so much. Neutral neck, eye gaze down.

    Things were a little wobbly, but overall fine. Especially if this is a 5rm.

    I will fix my knees and look problams at tomorrow's training.
    My RM5 is 105 kg and this is 100 kg so its close to RM5.
