    I was doing too much conditioning and hardly any strength so here goes nothing.

    Too much over thinking the power clean. the weight was light but i need to stop thinking about it and just fucking lift it.

    Back rounded on last two squats of third set due to incorrect breathing and fourth one felt a touch high. My buddy said it was legit but felt higher than the rest. Deadlift felt a bit light, will add 15 lbs next time. Squat will only increase 5lbs on monday and work on breathing.

    240 squats felt easy. Repeated 110 press to correct form which had too much layback last time, felt great this time. Cleans felt great, got under the bar quickly and had a good jump and stomp. Weighed myself for the first time in quite a while, scale at the gym said 176. I don't know how I lost any weight as I've been eating at least twice as much as before.

    The gym is closed for the next 3 days for maintenance, so i decided to bench and dead lift today.
