hey gys i have a question about programing.
i have been traning for 5 reps for the last year.
3 months ego i injuerd my back with bad form of deadlift.
so i changed my program to lighter weight with 10 raps i it feels great. ( its a verry hard workout)
so the program goes like that:
a:
squat 3x10 with 100 kg
bench press 3x10 with 102.5 kg
power clean 3x3 with 65 kg
b:
dead lift 3x10 with 100 kg
over head press 3x10 with 65 kg
pull ups 3x max
the program goes 3 times a week.
but i feel that i am going to get stuck with the wights soon and i would like to get yore gys suggestion abut how to get a proggers with the wight on the bar with the 10 reps kinde of program.
now... i know you gys dosent like 10 raps, but i feel good with it. i am not a pro and i am not intendend to be. i just want to get a proggres.
so i would like to get yores gys help with it, maybe a wight pyramid that can help or something.

Try HST. High frequency with a variety of rep ranges.

Skibicki complaining about spelling mistakes though, that's really rich.
To the OP (all kidding aside) if you are getting stuck on a certain rep scheme (any rep scheme) it might be time to change it up.
