3 different squats 3 times per week.
I started a new program monday wich in turn is a full body split using 5-3-1 programing for the big lifts (Squat, Bench, DeadLift, Press/PushPress) and progressive loading/ramping for the assistance exercises.
Monday is my Oly/HB squat day (5-3-1), Wensday is Front Squats 3x3 (ramp'd), and I was wondering since Friday will be my DL day, could I possible fit Box Squats on that day or would I be better served doing some sort of lower body assitance exercise like RDL's, GM's, 45 hypers , lunges, or somthing of the like. Thanks in advance my steel adictz !

Nope, but I heard they got some serious weightlifters there. If I wasnt fighting, I'd probolly be into weightlifing full time.

DO you have access to bands?

Nope...wish I did tho. Im lucky that people take breaks from curling in the squat rack long enough for me to work.

You can do speed squats without them, but they are better with bands. Look into getting a pair, I don't think they are very much.

WIll do. My funds will first be appropriated into a set of weightlifting shoes , then I'll look at some bands. Also you dont think throwing DE box squats on top of heavy DL's would be overtraining ?

I have mixed feeling about box squats. However, mixing DE squats into my training has helped a great deal. I do DE every week and alternate ME and volume each week on my other squat day.

As long as each week you PR on all three of those squats , or at least on your normal squats, it doesn't matter.
