    Starting a new log because I'm just the plain old TM template now.

    Press - 5x5 @ 56.5
    Deadlift - 2 @ 175


    Currently trying to lose a few pounds of BF at the moment. I'm suffering.

    What a fucking hot day.

    Front squat - 3x3 @ 70
    Bench - 3x5 @ 80


    Yes I did bench more than I squatted... I've just started doing front squats so I'm easing into them. I don't want to make myself all sore when it comes to intensity day. I'll go up in 5-10Kg steps till I get to 90-100Kg for sets I guess.

    Deadlift - 5 @ 175

    Today felt like a strong day so I decided to do some singles after the normal worksets. I'm quite pleased.

    my fail when benching was a bit weird, I managed a good 4th rep but just completely lost al power once the 5th rep hit the chest.

    Did this session yesterday as I went and watched the BPC british nationals today.

    First proper training session in a while, went to sonisphere festival on the 8th and came back about 4lbs lighter lol. Switched to a sort of high bar squat today, it felt better to me.

    Squat - 5x5 @ 127.5
    Bench - 4x5, 1x4 @ 80 (all with competition pauses)
    Dumbell rows - some @ 35


    Will upload a vid of the squats soon.

    Right then, bit of a weird day, I think I'm still recovering from 4 days straight of drinking and barely sleeping.

    Back to lowbar.

    Squat - 3x5 @ 130
    Bench - one set of fail!


    I'll go back in tomorrow to get either some benching or pressing done, then some speed deadlifts and either chins or rows.
