    Hi guys,

    In my last workout during my work sets of 87.5kg on the back squat, I've felt as if my feet were rolling outwards ie onto the outside edge. I've had it happen before on heavy sets (relatively speaking of course). It doesn't always happen, only when the bar speed slows and I have to really force the bar up. Im sure its due to some unwanted movement in my legs but my knees definitely don't go forward.

    Is there any reason for this and is there an effective cue to try and prevent it?

    Feet rolliing out is rarely a problem. Post a video if you are worried. The cue would be simple, keep your feet fucking down.
